Checking for an open-circuit

Check the cable between DSA control module terminal 9 and engine control module (ECM) terminal 31 for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

NOTE: The DSA control module is grounded via the engine control module (ECM) ground terminals.

Select Continue when the fault has been remedied.
