Checking the Direct Output Of the Electric Auxiliary Pump

It is also possible to perform an independent check of the electric auxiliary pump.

Connect special tool 999 5230 to the electric auxiliary pump.

Start the electric auxiliary pump.

Stop the pump when negative pressure reaches 80 - 90 kPa.

The negative pressure should remain constant (maximum permissible pressure drop 3 kPa over 15 minutes).
