Checking the 30-supply to the control module

Ignition off
Connect the breakout box. Check the ground terminal. See Connecting the breakout box
Reconnect the control module.
Connect a voltmeter between terminals #19 (0 Volts) and #18 on the breakout box.

The voltmeter should read approximately battery voltage.
