Removing the Steering Wheel

Lock the steering wheel lock.
Slacken off the steering wheel center nut a little way.
Unlock the steering wheel lock. Turn the steering wheel to the horizontal position.
Remove the screw in the plastic strip from the steering wheel and turn the steering wheel to the lock position. Insert the screw in the hole for locking the contact reel and tighten.
Carefully remove the center nut and remove the steering wheel by twisting/pulling and lifting it.

CAUTION: Do not turn the steering wheel when the contact reel is locked. The pin on the contact reel will break off.
