Checking the wiring

Ignition off
Check the resistance of the camshaft reset valve between terminals #1 and #2. Resistance should be approximately 7 Ω
Check the signal cable between engine control module (ECM) terminal #62 and camshaft reset valve terminal #2 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults
Remedy as necessary.
