Signal too high. Permanent fault: Verification

Ignition off
Reconnect the connectors, reinstall components etc.
Connect VCT2000
Ignition on.
Activate the canister purge (CP) valve according to Description of activations .

Does the canister purge (CP) valve click?

YES
OKAY: Troubleshooting has been completed.
NO
