Check canister purge (CP) valve

Ignition off
Disconnect the front canister purge (CP) valve connector.
Connect an ohmmeter between canister purge (CP) valve terminals #1 and #2 (valve side).

The ohmmeter should read approximately 21 Ω at +20 °C.
