Checking components and wiring

Check that the resistance between turbocharger (TC) control valve terminals 1 and 2 is approximately 23 Ω at +20 °C.

Check the signal cable between engine control module (ECM) terminal #5 and turbocharger (TC) control valve terminal 2. Check for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage, intermittent faults . Remedy if necessary.
