Yes = Different VIN codes in the immobilizer control module and engine control module (ECM).

No = Immobilizer control module and engine control module (ECM) have the same VIN-code.

The parameter is relevant only when the communication between the immobilizer control module and the engine control module (ECM) is functioning.
