Checking components and wiring

Check that the resistance in the canister purge (CP) valve between terminals 1 and 2 is approximately 30 Ω at +20 °C.
Check and rectify the signal line between Engine control module (ECM) connection #4 and the EVAP-valve's connection #1 for short-circuiting to voltage.
