Checking the connector

Ignition off
Intake air temperature (IAT) sensor connector disconnected.
Connect an ohmmeter between intake air temperature (IAT) sensor connector terminal #1 (control module side) and ground.

The ohmmeter should read 3,000-4,500 Ω.
