Installing the Parking Brake Cable Underneath the Car

Press the parking brake cable through the floor. Install the lead-in. Route the parking brake cable up to the brake caliper.

Install the cable on the chassis with the support.

Hook the inner cable onto the handle in the brake caliper. Pull the outer cable into the support.

Install the parking brake cable spring (if applicable).

Secure the parking brake cable with the support.

Install the splashguard (applies to the left parking brake cable).
