Installing the Parking Brake Cable Inside the Car

Thread the parking brake cable through the bracket and under the floor carpets to the front end.

Thread the inner cable through the eyelet. Pull the outer cable into the support.

Hook the inner cable(s) on the tab.

Secure the rear support in position.

Torque: 25 Nm.

Check that the lead-in is correctly installed.

Reposition the carpet. Install the sill molding.

Reinstall the rear seat.

Torque: 25 Nm.
