Replacing the blower fan switch

Remove the knobs from the heater control; insert a small screwdriver at the rear edge of the control.
Remove the cover panel (insert fingers in the opening and pull carefully).
Remove the four torx mounting screws.

Remove the rear section of the bracket. Press carefully at the edge with a screwdriver.

NOTE: The radio must be pulled forward a few centimeters before the rear section of the bracket can be removed.

Remove the screw behind the rear section of the bracket. Pull the bracket forward slightly.
Disconnect the connectors from the switches.

NOTE: Do not disconnect the radio connectors

Lean the heater controls forwards.

Remove the extension piece from the switch pins.
Press in the four retaining clips. Remove the switch backwards.

Install in reverse order.
