Adjusting the belt tensioner, poly-V belt to power steering pump and A/C compressor

Apply a force of 22.5 lbf .

Adjustment value:
- new poly-V belt, value 0.28-0.35 in .
- used poly-V belt, value 0.39-0.43 in.
Tighten belt tensioner.
Torque setting: 18.4 ft lb
Check and re-adjust if necessary.
