Remove throttle cable and connectors

Remove:
- The inner cable at full throttle
- The throttle position (TP) sensor
- The idle air control (IAC) valve
- The H02S
- The knock sensor (KS).
- The clip and take the outer cable out
- The throttle position (TP) sensor
- The idle air control (IAC) valve
- The H02S
- The knock sensor (KS).
- The relay bracket cover and the connectors:
- The throttle position (TP) sensor
- The idle air control (IAC) valve
- The H02S
- The knock sensor (KS).
- The brake servo hose from the engine.
