MT: Remove clutch cylinder

Remove:
- The locking clip from the pipe to the clutch cylinder
- The hydraulic clutch cylinder.
NOTE:
Block the piston with a tie-wrap to avoid leakage.
- The negative lead from the battery to the transmission.
