Front Seat Backrest (2006-2011): Removal

Remove the following items: 

• Front seat, see FRONT SEAT 
• Head restraint front seat, see HEAD RESTRAINT FRONT SEAT (2006-2009) or  see HEAD RESTRAINT FRONT SEAT (2010-2012)
