Removing the heat exchanger

Remove:
- the heater. See Engine coolant heater, replacing
- the control module. See Control module engine coolant heater, replacing
- the water pump. See Replacing the water pump for the engine coolant heater
- the glow plug. See Replacing the glow plugs of the engine coolant heater
- the cable harness.
Expose and replace the heat exchanger.
