Rear Brake Disc: Removal

  1. Remove the panel covering the parking brake lever.
  2. Release the parking brake adjuster.
  3. Remove the brake caliper and the brake pads. See REAR DISC BRAKE PADS .
    4. NOTE: Manufacturer recommends using new caliper holder bolts during installation.
  4. Remove and discard both the mounting bolts (4) for the caliper holder. See Fig 1. Remove the holder.
  5. Remove the locating pin (5) and the brake disc. See Fig 1.
