Remote starting of the parking heater is activated using a remote control. The reason for the parking heater not starting with the remote control maybe due to other causes, for example unfavorable radio wave conditions between the remote control and the remote start unit.
Other causes of non-function may be:
- low battery voltage in the remote control
- no synchronization of the remote control after the remote start unit has been without power
- defective remote control
- defective remote start unit.
NOTE:
If the remote start unit has been without power, the remote control must be synchronized before it can transmit signals to the remote start unit.
