Remove the drive shaft. See
DRIVE SHAFT LEFT, REPLACING (B5234T3, M56; 2001-2004)
and
Drive shaft right, replacing
Secure the drive shaft in a
vise with soft jaws
Tap off the pulse wheel using a hammer and cold chisel.
