Removing soundproofing panels
Remove two screws.
Remove the panel by pulling it straight down.
Remove two screws.
Remove the panel by pulling it straight down.
Installing soundproofing panel
Install:
In reverse order.
Replacing the driver's side soundproofing panel
NOTE:
The side panel may be scratched if it is not removed before the soundproofing panel.
- Remove the side panel on the center console. See Replacing the side panel .
The reverse of the soundproofing panel is secured to the dashboard with clips and sits in a groove by the pedal box.
- Remove the two screws
- Pull the soundproofing panel straight down at the dashboard
- Pull the soundproofing panel backwards into the car
- Lift out the soundproofing panel.
Install:
In reverse order.
Replacing the passenger side soundproofing panel
The back of the soundproofing panel is secured to the dashboard with clips and sits in a groove at the front.
- Remove the two screws
- Pull the clips straight down
- Pull the soundproofing panel backwards into the car
- Lift out the soundproofing panel.
Install:
In reverse order.
