Adjusting the clutch valve

• Ignition off.
• Clutch valve disconnected.
• Depress the pedal so that it is not in contact with the valve.
• Pull out the piston as far as possible. Slowly release the pedal.

  Connect an ohmmeter between the terminal pins on the clutch valve.

The ohmmeter should read approximately 0 Ω when the brake pedal is unaffected. The ohmmeter should read infinite resistance when the pedal is depressed more than 8 mm. 

• OK 

  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NOT OK 

  Refer to Replacing the component
