Checking the wiring and component

Check the connector. Check for damage and pressed in pins.

Check the wiring between transmission connector terminal #D3 and solenoid SLT terminal #1. Check the wiring between transmission connector terminal #D4 and solenoid SLT terminal #2. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage.

Also check against the other cables in the circuit. Use the relevant wiring diagram.

Check the solenoid SLT by measuring the resistance between terminals #1 and #2. The resistance must be 5-5.6 Ω at 20°C. Replace the transmission control system if the resistance is incorrect.
