Checking the wiring and component

• Ignition off
• Open the transmission control system.

  Check that there is no metal shavings or dirt in the control system. Replace solenoid S3 if the control system is OK.

  Replace the transmission if there is any metal shavings in the control system.

  Remedy as necessary.

Is there any metal shavings in the transmission? 

• YES 

  Refer to Replacing the transmission 

• NO
