Checking the wiring

• Ignition off
• The breakout box connected
• Disconnect transmission connector D.

  Check the cable between control module terminal #A49 (#A49) and transmission connector terminal #D5 (control module side). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage. See Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults .

  Check the cable between control module terminal #B7 (#A67) and transmission connector terminal #D6 (control module side). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage. See Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults .

  Check the wiring in the circuit for short-circuits to other cables in the circuit. Use the relevant Wiring Diagram.

  Remedy as necessary.
