Checking the wiring

• Ignition off
• The breakout box connected
• Transmission connector D disconnected.

  Check the cable between control module terminal #A51 (#A51) and transmission connector terminal #D1 (control module side). Check for a short-circuit to ground. See Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .

  Check the cable between control module terminal #B9 (#A69) and transmission connector terminal #D2 (control module side). Check for a short-circuit to ground. See Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .

  Remedy as necessary.
