Checking wiring and sensors
- Ignition off
- Connect the breakout box.
Check the cables between control module terminals #A57 (#A57) and #A39 (#A39) and transmission output speed sensor terminals #A3 and #A4. Check for a short-circuit to each other.
Check the power supply cable between control module terminal #A57 (#A57) and transmission output speed sensor terminal #A4. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults .
Check the signal cable between control module terminal #A39 (#A39) and transmission output speed sensor terminal #A3. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults .
HINT: With the control module connected, the ignition on and a voltmeter connected between transmission connector terminals #A4 and #A3 (control module side), the voltage must be 1-3 V below Ubat.
Remedy as necessary.
