Intermittent fault

Check the speed sensor and control module connectors for contact resistance and oxidation according to Contact resistance and oxidation .

Check the power supply cable between transmission control module (TCM) terminal 57A and speed sensor connector terminal 1 for an intermittent open-circuit according to Open-circuit, intermittent faults .

Check the signal cable between transmission control module (TCM) terminal 39A and speed sensor connector terminal 2 for an intermittent open-circuit according to Open-circuit, intermittent faults .

Remedy as necessary.
