Installing the oil pump

NOTE:

Ensure that mating surfaces are clean.

NOTE:

Use lint free paper.

Lift and turn the pump slightly so that it is centered on the pump shaft.

Finger-tighten the screws. The two upper screw heads (206) are sized 10 mm. The other screw heads (207) are 8 mm.

First tighten the screws crosswise to light contact.

Tighten the upper screws. Tighten to 16 Nm . Tighten the other screws. Tighten to 12 Nm .
