Checking the wiring and connections

Check the wires between steering wheel angle sensor (SAS) control unit #14 (#A38) and steering wheel control unit (SWM) #18 (#A18) for a short circuit to voltage supply, as described in Short-circuit to supply voltage, intermittent faults .
