Removing the combined instrument panel surround

• Remove the boot from the surround.

• Remove the 3 screws from the lower cover.
• Pull the lower edge of the surround straight out.
• Insert fingers into the gap and pull straight out.
• Lift out the upper cover with the combined instrument panel surround.

Installing the combined instrument panel surround 

Install: 

• lower clip
• side clip
• upper clips.
• three screws in the cover.
