Internal pipe steering gear: Removal

Remove the steering gear. See Replacing the steering gear

NOTE: Seal the servo pump's inlet and outlet connections with plastic plugs immediately after removal

Remove the protective plate above the pipes.

Clean around the oil pipe connections and blow dry.

Remove the pipes.

NOTE: Ensure that all remnants of the old sealing rings have been removed from the connections on the steering gear.
