Condition

The Supplemental Restraint System Module (SRS) checks the signal from the front left front impact sensor.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-021B is stored if the control module registers an internal fault in the front impact sensor.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-021B can be diagnosed in ignition positions I, II or III.

• None.

Possible Source 

• Internal fault in the front impact sensor.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The SRS indicator lamp is lit.
