from the connector for seat belt tensioner.WARNING:
Under no circumstances use an ohmmeter or other live measuring instrument to take readings on a disconnected, non-deployed, pyrotechnical seat belt tensioner. This could deploy the seat belt tensioner
CAUTION:Do not touch the terminal pins in the SRS control module. There is a risk of static discharge. This could damage the SRS control module.
Check the cable between the SRS control module and the connector terminal for the seat belt tensioner as follows:
for diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-0060,
terminals #5A (5), #6A (6) of the front left seat belt tensioner and connector terminals #1, #3.
for diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-0068,
terminals #5C (1), #6C (2) of the front right seat belt tensioner and connector terminals #1, #3.
for diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-0070,
terminals #16A (16), #15A (15) of the rear left seat belt tensioner and connector terminals #1, #3.
for diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-0078,
the rear center seat belt tensioner terminal #17A (17) (terminal #24C (20) after chassis number 116811), terminal #18A (18) (terminal #23C (19) after chassis number 116811) and connector terminals #1 and #3.
for diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-0080,
terminals #16C (12), #15C (11) of the rear right seat belt tensioner and connector terminals #1, #3.
for a short-circuit to supply voltage. See Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults .
Remedy as necessary.

- With the ignition off and the connectors for the seat belt tensioner and for the SRS control module disconnected, the resistance between the seat belt tensioner connector terminals #1 and #3 (SRS control module side) and the disconnected battery positive pole must be infinite

- With the ignition off and the connector for the seat belt tensioner disconnected, the resistance between the different terminals for each diagnostic trouble code (DTC) (see above) on the SRS control module connector (seat belt tensioner side) must be infinite
