• Ignition off.
• Disconnect the connector from the right-hand inflatable curtain.
• Connect special tool 9511506 to the connector for the right-hand inflatable curtain.
• WARNING:

  Under no circumstances use an ohmmeter or other live measuring instruments to take readings on a disconnected non-deployed pyrotechnical inflatable curtain. This could deploy the inflatable curtain

  NOTE:

  The special tool must be checked and faultless. If the tool is defective it will cause errors in the diagnosis and make fault-tracing harder.

• Ignition on. Wait 10 seconds.

  Read off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

  If the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) changes status from permanent fault to intermittent fault, try replacing the right-hand inflatable curtain.

• YES

• NO
