Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information CCM-E010
Condition
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the supply voltage to the climate control module (CCM) differs by more than 2 V from the supply voltage to the central electronic module (CEM).
The climate control module (CCM) receives information about supply voltage from the central electronic module (CEM) via the CAN network.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed in ignition positions I and II.

- None.
Possible Source
- Short-circuit to ground in the cable harness
- Open-circuit in the cable harness
- Contact resistance
- Half-burned fuse to the climate control module (CCM).
Fault symptom[s]
- Misting on the windows and/or door mirrors.
- The function button is not working.
- Blower fan not operating.
- The front seat heating does not function.
- Functions in the infotainment system do not work.
