Replacing the component

The climate control module (CCM) has registered an internal fault in the air quality sensor (AQS).

If the fault is intermittent, it has been registered previously but is no longer present. Intermittent faults may be caused by interference at start up of the air quality sensor (AQS). Intermittent faults may also be caused by other types of intermittent faults. The fault is evaluated depending on how it occurs. Replace the air quality sensor (AQS) if the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) recurs.

Replace the air quality sensor (AQS) if the fault is permanent:
