Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

The control module stores diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0017 after it has detected the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) 5 times within a 10 second interval. After diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0017 has been stored 5 times, diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0018 is also stored.

If one or more damper motors is in motion when diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0017 is stored, a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) for the appropriate damper motor will also be stored (CCM-0011-CCM-0016).

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable
• Short-circuit to supply voltage in the ground lead.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Air flow problem
• The passenger compartment temperature does not correspond to the set value.
