Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0016 is stored if the climate control module (CCM) registers too high a signal from the air distribution damper motor.

Substitute Value 

• The control module does not allow the damper motor to be activated while the fault persists.

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable
• Defective damper motor.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Air flow problem.
