Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0010 is stored if the control module registers too low a signal from the air distribution damper motor. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0010 can only be detected for the climate control module (CCM) in MCC/STD version.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to supply voltage in the signal cable between the control module and the damper motor
• Open-circuit in the signal cable between the control module and the damper motor
• Contact resistance, oxidation or loose connections in the connectors
• Defective damper motor.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Air flow problem.
