Checking the wiring

Check the control module (terminal #B22) and damper motor connector terminal #1. Check for contact resistance and oxidation. Check for loose connections. Check for damage carefully.

Check the signal cable between control module terminal #B22 and damper motor terminal #1. Check for an intermittent open-circuit.

Check the wiring between floor/ventilation damper motor terminals #3-#6 and climate control module (CCM) terminals #B11-#B14 (#11-#14). Check for an intermittent open-circuit.

Check the signal cable between control module terminal #B22 and damper motor terminal #1. Check for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage.
