Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

If the air conditioning (A/C) compressor has been in operation for its maximum run time, it is disengaged for 3 minutes. The run time is a function of the outside temperature. It then starts again. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0004 is stored if this happens 3 times. The counter is reset if the ignition key is turned to position 1. The A/C compressor can then run again.

Possible Source 

• The CAN-bus displays an incorrect configuration ID.
• Low coolant level.
• Low pressure in the air conditioning (A/C) system.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The air conditioning (A/C) system does not operate.
• The air conditioning (A/C) compressor does not start, or runs sporadically.
• Sporadic cooling from the air conditioning (A/C) system.
