Sub-frame bracket

Install the new console with the subframe's new screw.

Tighten to:

Step 1 - 105 Nm

Step 2 - 120°

Install the new heater. Replace the upper mounting.

See routing of cables according to graphic.

Secure the cables in the upper mounting's stay with Cable tie, 981597

Move the car's 6-pin heater connector to the outside.

Fit on an approx. 100 mm long protective hose over the yellow cable from the adapter cable in the installation kit.

Insert the yellow cable with cable terminal in the vehicle's connector on the heater in pos. 2.

Plug in the 6-pin connector and fit the accessory cables on the outside of the heater but on the inside of the bumper attachment's plate.

Fasten the connector in the intended fastener.

Loosen the screw for the heater's lower air intake hose's attachment and install the ground lead from the adapter cable as shown.

Reinstall the screw and the air intake.

Test-run the heater and check the coolant level.
