Fault-tracing information

NOTE:

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) may have been caused by incorrect control of the heater element in the leak diagnostic unit. This is controlled by the central electronic module (CEM). Check and erase any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) in the central electronic module (CEM) before carrying out the following fault tracing.

HINT: Exit the fault-tracing for this fault. Then read off the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) from the vehicle communication socket (central electronic module (CEM)). Fault trace any diagnostic trouble code (DTC) that is stored.
