Checking the components and wiring: Notes
Check the resistance of the evaporative emission system (EVAP) valve.
Check the signal cable between engine control module (ECM) terminal #A9 (#A9) and evaporative emission system (EVAP) valve terminal #2. Check for an open-circuit.
Check the power supply between system relay terminal #3 and evaporative emission system (EVAP) valve terminal #1. Check for an open-circuit.
Remedy as necessary.
