Checking the EVAP valve

Remove the hose that runs between the EVAP valve and the canister from the EVAP valve.
Start the engine and let it remain idle.
Read the EVAP valve pulse signal.

When the pulse signal is 0%, there must not be any vacuum in the EVAP valve.
