Checking the components and wiring: Notes
Check the canister valve's resistance.
Check the signal line between control module #B40 (#B50) and the canister valve, connection 2, for short-circuiting to voltage acc. to: Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault
HINT: Use an electrician's screwdriver with at least a 3 W bulb to determine whether there is a short-circuit to supply voltage in the cable.
Remedy as necessary.
