Turbocharger (TC), Replacing: Installing: Finishing

Install: 

• the screws for the oil return line. Use a new gasket
• lower coolant pipe. Use new gaskets. Tighten to 26 Nm 
• the pipe screw for the pressure oil outlet on the engine. use new gaskets. Tighten to 38 Nm 
• the clamps between the oil pressure pipe / coolant pipe and the intake pipe for the water pump.

Install: 

• the vacuum hose on the pressure regulator (turbocharger (TC) 1)
• the clamp for the vacuum pipe (turbocharger (TC) 1).

Tighten: 

• the three-way catalytic converters (TWC) in the turbocharger (TC). Use new nuts. Tighten to 24 Nm 
• the pipe screw for the oil pressure pipe. Tighten to 18 Nm 
• the upper heated oxygen sensors (HO2S). Lubricate the threads using copper paste 116 1408  . Tighten to 45 Nm  .

Install the heat deflector plates.

Install the upper coolant pipes. use new gaskets. Tighten the pipe screw. Tighten to 26 Nm  .
